Firefighter Joe Crawford

Also nicknamed "Battalion Chief 31" Joe has much enthusiasm for the fire service. A full-time Police Sargent for the St. Albans  Police Department where he is assigned to the Detective Bureau, he jumps at the  chance to get out of the office and help the fire department in time of crisis. Joe is also a Scuba Diver and Haz-Mat Technician for the fire department.  In  his spare time he is an avid golfer.

Firefighter/Paramedic Pat Fenimore

Pat has been a dedicated paid-on-call member for  many years. A full-time teacher for Kanawha County Schools, he is also a paramedic for Kanawha County Ambulance

Firefighter/E.M.T./Chaplain Mike Jarrett

Mike serves as the St. Albans Fire Department  Chaplain and is also a Paid-On-Call Firefighter. Mike is employed full time by  DOW chemical as a Chemical Operator and HAZMAT Technician. He is Director of  KCEAA Chaplain Board, WV Regional Director for the Fellowship of Christian Firefighters and a member of the St. Albans Ministerial Association. Mike is a  committed servant to the FIRE/EMS worker and community.

Emergency Response biographical sketch 

Parry’s involvement with emergency services began in 1974, at Virginia Tech, where he served as a member of the emergency medical squad, and the Air Force Medical Corp, where he secured his paramedic license.  After graduation, Parry returned home to St. Albans, working for Union Carbide, where he served as a member of the Union Carbide HELP Team and also became involved in the fire service at Lakewood VFD.  Parry served as Training Officer, Operations Officer, Assistant Chief, and Chief at Lakewood during his tenure there. Upon renewal of his EMS credentials, Parry worked part time for Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority for several years, concurrent to his services as a Paid on Call firefighter for SAFD.  His accumulated service in emergency medical and fire service is 18 years.   Parry is currently employed by The Dow Chemical Company and lives in Riverbend with his wife, Pam, and their two sons, David and Chris.

Firefighter/E.M.T. Rodney Jones

Rodney is an E.M.T. and is a Scuba Diver for the  Water Rescue Team.  A Full-time Captain for the St. Albans Police  Department where he serves as second in command. Rodney also is a part-time employee of Kanawha County Ambulance.

Firefighter/E.M.T. Mike Matthew

Mike a former full-time firefighter for a  neighboring community took a job as police officer with the St. Albans Police Department over 10 years a go. He now is a Sargent on the midnight shift.  Missing his past profession he joined the paid-on-call several years back and has been a great asset to the department.  Mike is a E.M.T. and a Scuba Diver  for the fire department.
