Open Outlook. It should be located on your desktop or in your Start Menu.
Go to the Tools Menu and select Email Accounts.
Your screen should look like this. Now click the View or Change button and select Next.

Click the Add button.

Select POP3 and click next.

Enter the information substituting 'domainname.com' with your hosted domain name.
Then click on the More Settings button.

Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check the boxes as shown. Then click OK, Next and Finish.
